From shell fish to just about any ocean fish, this is the perfect seasoning to deliver directly onto the fish or mixed into a breading before frying or in a breadcrumb crust for broiling. Our Bay Seasoning brings a powerful burst of flavor to what could normally be a tasteless fish fillet. Keep it simple by sprinkling on a fillet and saute in some olive oil and butter. Sprinkle it over cooked shell fish as a finishing touch.

Contains: paprika, salt, celery, onion, black pepper, garlic, mustard, cayenne, bay leaves, thyme, and gumbo file.
