Add Horseradish Powder to any sauce to give it kicked up flavor. Blend it with mayonnaise, mustard or cocktail sauces, stuffing recipes, purees and pates. Season beef, ham, sausage and fish dishes. Try 1 tsp powder folded into ½ cup whipped heavy cream or mix with sour cream for a faithful companion to English Roast Beef. Let stand about 30 minutes.
