The Maitake takes on a nutty flavor when sautéed. Delicious paired with chicken, rice and pasta, or just about anything! Add it in bread recipes and focaccia or use as a pizza topping. It also adds great flavor to lasagna. Create a mushroom pesto and serve on crusty bread or spoon over pasta.
