Tan and black sesame seed varieties are roasted and used for making the flavoring gomashio.  Sprinkle on rolls and breads.  Use in place of finely chopped nut meats in and on cakes, cookies, cream pies and breads.  Mix in stuffings, meat loves, tossed salads and in butters for vegetables.  Toast 8 min. in oven to bring out full flavor.
